A Website That Feels Like You
Do you need a website designer in Wrexham who will take the time to understand your business before building your website?
Most people won’t ring you straight away. They’ll have a look online first. They’ll want to know what you do, whether they can trust you and whether you feel like the sort of person they’d like to work with.
That is exactly what your website should do.
Whether I’m creating a brand-new website, improving one you already have or helping tell your business story, the aim is always the same.
To help the right people choose you.
Please don’t take my word for it
Web Design That Puts Your Business In The Spotlight
I design and build websites for sole traders and family businesses who want more enquiries rather than more headaches.
Before I write a single word or choose a single photograph, I spend time finding out what makes your buisness different. That way your website feels fenuine, sounds like you and gives customers confidence before tehy even pick up the phone.
Living near Wrexham for more than twenty years has also taught me how local business work and what local customers expect.
WordPress Website Design
Your website should never become another job on your to-do list.
I build websites using WordPress because it gives you the freedom to update your own content if you want to. If you don’t, that’s absolutely fine too. I’m always happy to help.
A website that stays current has a better chance of being found by both Google and AI, which means more opportunities for new customers to discover your business.
After Your Website Design, What Next?
Business Storytelling
Every business has stories to tell. Perhaps you have rescued a customer from a difficult situation. Maybe you’ve spent thirty years perfecting your trade. Or perhaps its simply the way you look after people.
Those are the things customers remember.
Let’s get those stories onto your website so people understand why they should choose you instead of someone else.
Let’s have a chat about your business
Why not get in touch? If you want to chat by phone first that is fine by me, but if you feel more comfortable just emailing I’m happy with that too. If you are located near me and want to meet face to face, I’m halfway between Wrexham and Llangollen.
You can call me on 07974 701526 or email me at liz@lizthewhiz.co.uk to let me know what you need.

You may wonder if I work alone or if I have anyone else help.
Why not pop over to my “About“ page? If you have any other questions, I will be more than happy to answer them.
Or connect with me on LinkedIn. You can also follow me on Facebook and Instagram.
Work Completed & Knowledge Shared
A portfolio of completed work will show potential customers what you are capable of. It is also a good opportunity to share information about your methods and approach. This is displayed on your website and afterwards shared to your social media sites.
Shown below is my own portfolio of some recent jobs done for different clients or articles I have written. You can find all of these in my Client Work section.
AI Enabled – How I use it.
AI is useless unless you know how to use it. Different prompts produce different outcomes and believe me, some of them are hilarious. And it is even more useless if you think it can do your job for you. That is not how I use AI.
I use AI as a co-worker. I might ask it to suggest a picture or some wording. It is a fact AI is coming in like a tidal wave and we have to ride it or go down. So I am always learning and getting training on how to use this new tool correctly.
AI That I Use
As of June 2026 I use Chat GPT which uses Open AI. I also use Canva Pro which is used to create and edit images, videos and much more. Canva uses Open AI and Imagen, an AI which is produced by Google. I am also experimenting with Manus which I can see will make professional website design much more affordable in the future.
